Kathy has been an Certified Personal Trainer for over 10 years. After a lifetime of weight struggles she has lost over 120. This created a passion and purpose to help others tackle the same challenge. Her philosophy is that success is a triad of movement, targeted nutrition and mindset. Her coaching technique is to help you find strategies to fit exercise and nutrition into even the busiest lives. Training is available locally as in home training or at Apex Personal Training studio in Wichita. Kathy also have option available for live Zoom training or programming via the Trainerize app. What works best for you?

What is the Miller Method? Miller Method is a nutrition based program created by Todd Miller, Phd and Stephanie Mull, RD. Clients will have their body compositions and metabolic rate test to create a start point. Clients will select 3 basic goals.

A macronutrient program will be created to support each of these goals based on the initial testing results.
How is Miller Method different? Many nutrition programs are one size fits all. Giving appropriate nutrition to each person allows them to lose fat without sacrificing muscle mass. Losing muscle mass also called lean mass results in a metabolic adaptation that makes it harder to keep the fat off once the goal has been achieved. It is our goal to create a healthy fit body, a healthy relationship with food and a lifestyle that can be lived for a lifetime!
Personal Training - I provide training one on one in person via private training studio or inhome. Virtual and personalized app based training is also available
Nutrition Coaching - Basic Nutrition guidance is provided with all traning packages.
Miller Method Coaching - Comprehensive personalized nutrition guidance based on your metabolic rate. Package with MM coaching and personal training can be customized. You select you goal and we set up a program to reach this goal.
